Grenada: Report to the Government - Seventh actuarial review of the National Insurance Fund as of 31 December 2002

The two main focus areas should be the strengthening of the Fund for future generations and making major improvements in the participation of self-employed persons. As the Barbados experience attests, an unemployment insurance scheme can be good for the economy and can be properly administered in the Caribbean.
