EAST Project Good Practice included in the UNDG MDG Good Practices 2010 Publication

In September 2010, a High Level Plenary Meeting of the General Assembly will convene to review progress on the MDGs and chart the way forward. One of the two publications produced by the UNDG is MDG Good Practices -- to contribute to the MDG Summit discussions and beyond on how to achieve progress on the MDGs based on country level experiences.

The good practice of the EAST Project, titled “Indonesia: Education and Skills Training for Youth Employment”, is published in page 51-52 of the Chapter 1 MDG-1 Poverty, Employment and Hunger - Target 1B: Achieve Full and Productive Employment and Decent Work for All, Including Women and Young People - Limited access to assets, capital, infrastructure and services for income generation and employment opportunities.
