Decree No. 655/PM of Lao PDR

Prime Minister’s Decree No. 655, adopted on 9 December 2021, establishes a high-level National Social Protection Commission (NSPC) at the Central and Provincial levels. It also decrees the roles, responsibilities, structure, principles and working approach of the Commission, whose main responsibility is to implement the National Social Protection Strategy of Lao PDR.
