As recommended by the 2012 ILC Resolution, “The youth employment crisis: A call for action", and in order to effectively respond to requests from ILO constituents, the ILO’s Youth Employment Programme has coordinated the delivery of a training package on Decent Work for Youth. This training package has been developed under the framework of the ILO/Sida Partnership Agreement in cooperation with the International Training Centre of the ILO (ITC-ILO). ILO technical Units have been involved and consulted in the development of thematic modules.

The objective of the course “Decent Work for Youth” is to develop the capacity of ILO constituents to tackle the multi-faceted dimensions of the youth employment challenge.
