The strategy document will be used as a vehicle for the delivery of ILO work in Zimbabwe for the biennium 2006 - 2007. It focuses on the following country goals: poverty reduction and employment creation; reduction of the impact of HIV/AIDS at the workplace; creating an enabling environment through upholding and strengthening of social dialogue; and promotion of gender equality and economic empowerment.
