Caribbean countries face challenges related to their physical and socio-economic vulnerabilities that are heightened by climate risks and other threats such as health pandemics. Under the ILO Caribbean Resilience Project, the region is gaining practical guidance for effective planning and recovery mechanisms based on the ILO’s Decent Work Agenda.
