Template for an apprenticeship agreement

Article 19 of the Quality Apprenticeships Recommendation, 2023 (No. 208), provides that “Members should develop, in consultation with representative employers’ and workers’ organizations, a model apprenticeship agreement to facilitate consistency, uniformity and compliance.” The purpose of this Apprenticeship Agreement Template is to serve as a basis for consultations with representative employers and workers organizations when they negotiate a national agreement template. It includes all relevant aspects mentioned in the Recommendation, and can be adapted to national circumstances through these tripartite consultations.
