Strengthening child protection in Kwale, Kenya through Policy Development.

The ILO (Capacity Strengthening of Governments to Address Child Labour and Forced Labour and Violations of Acceptable Conditions of Work in Sub-Saharan Africa(CAPSA) project video highlights the successful finalization and validation of the Kwale County Child Protection Policy. The policy is designed to provide a coordinated, multi-sectoral approach and aims to strengthen efforts against child labour by uniting various stakeholders in a comprehensive response. The initiative ensures that child protection efforts in the county are more effective, sustainable, and aligned with broader legal frameworks, fostering a safer environment for children.
