ILO office directive on the protection of personal data

This Office Directive sets out the ILO’s principles and requirements for the collection, use, protection and disclosure of personal data, including sensitive personal data. It defines the responsibilities of ILO officials and the personal data protection and IT security functions, and establishes individuals’ rights to access their data and seek remedies for misuse.
