Guidelines for accredited media during the 112th International Labour Conference

The Media Centre - located on the 1st Floor of the Palais des Nations, E building - is accessible to all accredited journalists. It offers audio and video broadcasts of plenary sessions. An information stand near the entrance (door E40, 2nd Floor, E building) will help you navigate to the location.

If you plan to bring photo or video equipment into the Palais des Nations or the ILO, please inform the ILO News Unit in the Department of Communications (DCOMM) in advance at [email protected] or +41 022 799 7912. Be prepared for a security check at the Palais des Nations. Please note that Plenary sessions are available live or on demand on ILO LIVE.

All requests to film during ILC sessions should be sent to DCOMM at [email protected] or +41 022 799 7912, specifying the date, time, and room. Please note that due to security reasons an ILO staff member is required to be present.

Committee meetings are not broadcasted on ILO LIVE. If you wish to attend Committee meetings, please email or call the ILO Department of Communication in advance at [email protected] or +41 022 799 7912.
