End-of-year closure

The offices of the ILO and, consequently, those of the Administrative Tribunal of the ILO will be closed from Wednesday, 24 December 2025 to Thursday, 1 January 2026.

Emails will not be processed during the closure period. However, parties may file submissions electronically by email to [email protected]. The date of the email will be considered when determining compliance with time limits and deadlines.

Alternatively, parties can also file their documents by delivering them to the ILO Control Centre (Security Service) between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. The ILO Control Centre is authorized to receive any envelope or parcel addressed to the Tribunal. Proof of delivery will be the stamp of the ILO Control Centre indicating the date of receipt of the envelope or parcel.

On 2 January 2026, the ILO Control Centre will forward to the Registry of the Tribunal all envelopes and parcels received and addressed to the Tribunal. The Registry will process as of that date all filings received by email, envelope or parcel during the closure period.
