The DWCP II aims to to mobilize all resources to create jobs and working conditions where Sierra Leoneans, especially women, youth, people with disabilities (PWD), and vulnerable groups, can work in freedom, safety and dignity - Mr. Alpha Tambo, Honourable Minister Ministry of Employment, Labour and Social Security.
