142nd Session - results and delivery

The Administrative Tribunal has completed its 142nd Session, held from 27 April to 29 May 2026.

During this session, the Tribunal adopted 117 judgments (including 16 summary procedures) concerning 134 complaints filed by 106 complainants from 19 organisations.

Since the end of the 141st Session, the President of the Tribunal recorded, by means of Orders, the withdrawal of 11 complaints.

The Tribunal will deliver the judgments adopted during its 142nd Session on Thursday 16 July 2026 by a video recording which will be posted on the Tribunal’s website during the day.

Certified copies of the judgments will be sent to the parties in due course in electronic form only.

The judgments, with the complainants’ names removed, will be available on the Tribunal’s website (www.ilo.org/ilo-administrative-tribunal) in the Triblex case-law database.
