Young Researchers in Moscow Shared Their Ideas about Future of Work

The Moscow State University hosted the 26th International Scientific Conference of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students and Young Scientists entitled “Lomonosov 2019”. On 15 April, the session “The future of the world of work and social and labour relations: opportunities and limitations” was held in partnership with the ILO.

Young researchers from universities in Russia and other CIS countries shared their research on themes such as information technology in the labour market, distant work, labour protection, basic income and new forms of work-life balance.

In her opening remark, Kanae Tada, Technical Officer of the ILO Moscow office, welcomed the session of the Future of Work and emphasized contribution it can make to the global discussion of the issue. She also participated in the selection of the best presentations.
