Workshop on wage policy in Yerevan

On May 14, a workshop on wage policy was organized in Yerevan within the framework of the ILO Labour Administration project. Taking part in the event were representatives of the governmental institutions, trade unionists, employers. The ILO experts participating in the workshop included the director of the ILO Subregional Office for Eastern Europe and Central Asia Elaine Fultz, senior international labour standards specialist Alain Pelce, senior research officer for the conditions of work and employment Sangheon Lee and ILO’s national coordinator in Armenia Nune Hovhannisyan. Participants discussed a survey on the labour administration in Armenia and wage policy development.
