Workshop on making modern OSH legislation
The ILO’s Budapest Office along with the International Training Center of the ILO organized a workshop on effective occupational safety and health law making for 30 representatives of the Albanian Government, including labour inspectors and social partners.

The workshop focused on the systemic approach to occupational safety and health introduced by the EU Framework Directive 89/391/EEC, relevant international labour standards, the process of law making and legislative drafting techniques. The event was sponsored by the EU IPA Human Resources 2010 project.
