On 9 June 2022, Uzbekistan deposited with the ILO the instrument of ratification of the Safety and Health in Construction Convention, 1988 (No. 167).
Uzbekistan is the thirty-fourth member State of the ILO to have ratified the Convention. Convention No. 167 will enter into force for Uzbekistan on 9 June 2023, one year after its ratification.
