Training for employers organizations
On September 29, a three day training on building effective employers’ organizations took place at the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) of Azerbaijan. The training was organized by the ILO and the ILO International Training Centre in Turin.

The training’s key approach is to strengthen organizational structures and internal management of employers' organizations.
Among trainees were leading specialists of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) of Azerbaijan and 25 representatives of the Confederation’s member-associations.
The training was conducted by Christian Hess, Senior Adviser of the ILO Bureau for Employers’ Activities, Arnaud De Coster, Manager of the ILO International Training Centre, Shurenchimeg Zokhiolt, Deputy Director of the ILO Decent Work Technical Support Team and Country Office for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, and Hilal Derici, Senior Specialist of the Turkish Confederation of Employers’ Associations.
During the seminar trainees studied other countries’ experience in this issue.
