On June 13-17, Tajikistan’s Labour and Social Protection Ministry and the ILO organized the training of trainers on occupational risk assessment and management methodologies in Dushanbe.
Trainers got tips on an enterprise’s occupational safety policy and workplace disease prevention as well as on a scope of activities of an OSH specialist.
They learnt how to analyse requirements to develop a vocational training module and to choose a training strategy.
Special focus was given to how to plan and organize a training and to check trainees’ skills.
