Suriname ratifies ILO Equal Remuneration Convention (No. 100) and ILO Discrimination (Employment and Occupation) Convention (No. 111)

Suriname's ratification of the ILO Equal Remuneration Convention, 1951 (No. 100) and ILO Discrimination (Employment and Occupation) Convention, 1958 (No. 111) have now been formally registered and will enter into force for Suriname on 4 January 2018. This brings the total number of ratification of Convention No. 100 to 173 and of Convention No. 111 to 174, out of 187 ILO member States.
