Sintracomunicaciones began implementing ILO’s SCORE Training to strengthen worker organization
The National Union of Communications and Related Transportation Industry (Sintracomunicaciones) started the implementation of SCORE Training to strengthen worker's organization

In September 2020, the National Union of Communications and Related Transportation Industry (Sintracomunicaciones) began implementing SCORE Training Module 1 (Workplace cooperation) through an innovative virtual format called SCORE 4.0. The Module is implemented under the leadership of SCORE Implementing Partners in Colombia: Prospectiva SAS and Alianzas por el Desarrollo.
Sintracomunicaciones is a member of the General Confederation of Labor (CGT), one of ILO's constituents in Colombia. Thanks to this close relationship and under the leadership of its president, the union decided to adopt SCORE Training as a central tool to strengthen the organization’s internal processes.
In this first stage, the team of Sintracomunicaciones established 5 strategic projects with the support of the SCORE Trainer: I) define a plan to increase membership, II) establish internal regulations, III) develop a quality policy, IV) update internal policies, and V) organize the office.
