Round Table: Alignment of strategic objectives and indicators of skills development to the international HRD policy recommendations and experience

A round Table discussion was organized under the 'Applying the G20 Training Strategy: A Partnership of the ILO and the Russian Federation' project to discuss the Stock-taking Technical Report “Alignment of strategic objectives and indicators of skills development to the international HRD policy recommendations and experience” and identification of possible areas of improvement in strategic planning and monitoring of skills development system in Armenia. The discussion was moderated by Ms. Shamam Harutunyan, Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Affair of the Republic of Armenia, Chair of the Project National Steering Committee. The Round Table featured broad representation of participants including among others ILO constituents and skills development experts. The Round Table is considered among a series of continuing events organised within the framework of the Project and aims at the elaboration of recommendations and a corresponding implementation plan at a national level for improvement of strategic targeting and performance measurement of the Armenian Skills System.
