Presidential Decree appoints Gulshara Abdykalikova as Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan

President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the Decree "On Appointment Gulshara Abdykalikova as Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the press office of the Presidential Administration informs.
