Tajikistan’s Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population proposed the government to submit amendments to the Labour Code envisaging punishment for the use of child labour, Deputy Minister Emin Sanginov said.
“In compliance with proposed amendments parents and employers will bear responsibility for forcing children into labour,” Sanginov said.
