Maldives ratifies ILO Convention No. 138 and No. 182
Maldives ratification of the ILO Minimum Age Convention, 1973 (No.138) and the ILO Worst Forms of Child Labour Convention, 1999 (No.182) have now been registered effective.

Maldives ratification of the ILO Minimum Age Convention, 1973 (No. 138) and the ILO Worst Forms of Child Labour Convention, 1999 (No. 182) have now been formally registered.
This brings the total number of ratification of Convention No. 138 to 165 (out of 185 ILO Member States), and the ratification of Convention No. 182 to 177 - only 8 more to go for its universal ratification!
