Law on Domestic Work in Paraguay Approved
The Paraguayan Parliament approved a law on Domestic Work, equating domestic workers’ rights with all wage-workers. The law is based on the ILO Convention 189, which was earlier ratified by Paraguay in May 2013 and required harmonization with the national legislation.
