Labour Force Survey Data Processed in Tajikistan

At the request f the Statistics Agency of Tajikistan attached to the Office of the President, ILO helps colleagues in Tajikistan prepare data tables from the Labour Force Survey conducted in 2016, analyse the survey’s results and prepare a final report.

For this purpose, between 24 October and 3 November 2016, Igor Chernyshev (on photo on the right), ILO Senior International Consultant and labour statistician, is visiting Tajikistan. He has long been working closely with Abduvali Kulov (on the left), Head of the Department of Demography, Employment and Social Statistics of the Statistics Agency of Tajikistan.

This effort is part of the ILO project "From the Crisis to Decent and Safe Jobs," implemented with support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland.
