In this report, published in Wayka, Kevin Huamani exposes the reality faced by thousands of domestic workers in Peru.

Through the story of Yadhira, a young domestic worker, the article illustrates the challenges these women face in accessing basic rights, such as social security and formal contracts, and how some must even confront situations of violence and exploitation that threaten their lives, freedom, and dignity.
