Kazakhstan to provide free technical vocational education
Kazakhstan will provide free first technical vocational education. At a Cabinet meeting on September 23 Minister of Education and Science Aslan Sarinzhipov introduced a bill amending and supplementing several legal acts on education.

The bill envisages free first technical vocational education, introduces notion ‘dual education’ and fixes norms for apprenticeships in companies.
“Thus, following recommendations of the World Bank and the International Labour Organization the government will guarantee obtainment of blue collar occupations,” Sarinzhipov said.
