he international conference on "Inclusion, Prevention, Development - The Social Dimension in Focus" took place in Saint-Petersburg, Russia, on May 21-23, 2001. The event was organized under the Swedish Presidency in the EU.
ILO Moscow took an active part in the event - the report on the unemployed and the working poor social conditions was presented by Mr. Jean-Victor Gruat, the Director of the ILO Moscow Office.
