ILO Thai Twitter account launched

BANGKOK (ILO News) – The ILO Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific today launched a Twitter account in Thai language.

The account can be found on Twitter @ILOThai, with the name ILO ภาษาไทย

The @ILOThai account will use Thai language to tweet about and the ILO’s work in Asia and the Pacific and key work-related issues, as well as retweeting from the English language @ILO account in Thai.
“The ILO’s regional office is based here in Bangkok, we would like to communicate to our Thai stakeholders and partners, using the Thai language,” said Yoshiteru Uramoto, Assistant Director-General and Regional Director, the ILO Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific.

For those of us who can read Thai, let’s follow @ILOThai and have our work promoted through social media.
