ILO takes part in the fourth All-Russian Forum “The National Qualifications System of Russia”
The ILO Moscow office was invited to deliver a presentation at the fourth All Russian Forum, entitled “The National Qualifications System of Russia”, which was held in Moscow on 6 and 7 December 2018.

The forum was organized by the National Qualifications Development Agency under the auspices of the National Council on Professional Qualifications, under the President of the Russian Federation; support was provided by the Russian Federation’s Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, Ministry of Enlightenment, and Ministry of Science and Higher Education, as well as the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) and the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FNPR).
Kanae Tada, Technical Officer, ILO Moscow office, attended this event to make a presentation at the session “Qualified personnel. Seeking balance”. She introduced international best practices regarding employment policies for skills development, and focused on quality apprenticeship and work-based learning as well as the Skills for Trade and Economic Diversification (STED) Programme.
