ILO to hold an Inter-regional Technical Forum on Skills for Trade, Employability and Inclusive Growth

An Inter-Regional Technical Forum on Skills for Trade, Employability and Inclusive Growth is to be hosted by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in partnership with the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). The Forum will take place at the Sokha Angkor Resort, Siem Reap, Kingdom of Cambodia from 30 - 31 May 2017.

ILO, SIDA, and KOICA experts along with leading academics and representatives from beneficiary countries will discuss an agenda focusing on:

• The skills challenges and drivers of change and implications for skills development for trade, employability and inclusive growth;

• Lessons learned and sharing good practices in the ILO development cooperation projects on skills for trade and skills for inclusive and sustainable growth.
