The ILO announces a call for submissions of Good Practices on Youth Employment
Organizations are to share good practices that have proven effective in promoting decent work for young people for a prize of 2000 USD

The International Labour Organization (ILO) has launched the call for submissions of Good Practices on Youth Employment 2013. The call seeks to identify and share good practices that have proven effective in promoting decent work for young people.
You are encouraged to submit your programme to enable your organization to take part, and to share this call for submissions of good practices among other organizations that may be interested in participating in it.
An international committee composed of experts and young specialists on youth employment will identify the best practices from the submitted programmes. All applications will be assessed based on six specific criteria: (i) relevance, (ii) effectiveness & impact; (iii) efficiency; (iv) sustainability; (v) innovation, and (vi) replicability.
The implementing organizations of the selected practices will receive up to 2000USD and will be in the spotlight for a video produced by MTV Agents of Change! Moreover, they will have the opportunity to have a counselling session with an expert on youth employment and get their practice published online.
The final deadline to submit proposals is 5 November 2013. No submissions will be accepted after this date.
