The ILO and Business Community: Experience and Prospects

Taking into consideration the new priorities, arising from globalization and underlined in the Global Compact, the ILO Office in Moscow has started developing technical cooperation closely involving the private sector in the implementation of the principles embodied in the Declaration of Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. These activities need to be continued, strengthened and broadened, and the support to enterprises themselves, having joined the Global Compact, is of first importance.
