The Global Forum for Responsible Recruitment is a thought leadership platform for accelerating the fair, ethical, and responsible recruitment of migrant workers. This year, the forum was jointly hosted and produced by the Institute for Human Rights and Business (IHRB), International Organization for Migration (IOM), and International Labour Organization (ILO). The 2021 Forum brought together governments, employers and employer’s organisations, workers and workers’ organisations, recruitment agencies, global brands, suppliers, intergovernmental and civil society organisations to take stock, nurture ideas, foster engagement, and inspire action.
