Message by the Government of France at the ACEF 2017

Ms Laurence Monnoyer-Smith, Commissioner-General for Sustainable Development of the Ministry for the Ecological and Inclusive Transition, Government of France gives her message at the Deep Dive Workshop on Good and decent jobs, skills, and entrepreneurship for a just energy transition as part of the Asia Clean Energy Forum (ACEF) 2017. The Commissioner-General said that the issue of how to create decent jobs and foster the right skills and entrepreneurship for just energy transition is crucial.
