Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia represented by Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration and Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan represented by Ministry of Labour on the placement and protection of Indonesian Domestic workers

Objectives:
(1) To enhance friendly relations through cooperation in the field of manpower
(2) To cherish the recommendations endorsed by the Bali, Regional Ministerial conference on the smuggling and traficking in persons and related transnational crimes
Renewal History:
To be renewed automatically unless officially terminated by either party
Follow up mechanism:
(1) To establish a Joint Committee
(2) To meet annually in Jordan and Indonesia alternately
(3) Regular coordination of Indonesia Embassy in Jordan and MOL in Jordan

(1) Pre-Departure
(2) In Service
