ILO Technical Cooperation: What challenges for workers' organizations?

Technical cooperation is one of the topics of discussion at the 322nd session of the ILO Governing Body which is being held from 30 October to 13 November 2014 in Geneva. The following is an interview with Jiang Guangping, Vice-president of All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) who expressed his views on the challenges faced by the Unions on Technical cooperation.
