ILO SCORE Implementation Process: Case Study Calza Kids, Colombia

A case study from Calza Kids, a children's shoe manufacturer in Colombia, showing how the ILO SCORE methodology was implemented in the enterprise following training and initial results. By implementing Module 1 of the SCORE methodology -Workplace Cooperation - Calza Kids was able to mobilize and strengthen all areas of the organization and thereby improve working conditions while increasing productivity.
