ILO Centenary Messages from the Government of the Philippines

The Government of the Philippines under Presidential Proclamation No. 710 has declared 2019 as the ILO Centenary. President Rodrigo Roa Duterte of the Republic of the Philippines, Secretary Teodoro Locsin, Jr. of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and Secretary Silvestre Bello III of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) give their messages of support and congratulations.
