President Tabaré Vázquez addresses the 106th International Labour Conference
Without dialogue there is no progress, said President Tabaré Vázquez of Uruguay during the opening session of the annual International Labour Conference of the ILO in Geneva. In his speech to the delegates of some 187 countries he warned that “we must not wait for the future, we must build it.”
