Adoption of Committee reports in plenary

The Conference will be considering and adopting the outcomes of all its committees in the afternoon of 10 June and on Saturday, 11 June.

Time limits for statements

The following time limits should be strictly observed to ensure that the adoption of all committee outcomes are completed within the time available:

• Chairperson and Reporter: up to 15 minutes combined, or 7.30 minutes each
• Employer and Worker Vice-Chairpersons of each Working Party: 10 minutes each
• Regional groups: 5 minutes
• Individual delegates: 2 minutes

Delegates wishing to take the floor during the consideration of their committee outcomes are invited to register in advance by sending a request to the secretariat of the Committee concerned:
