The ILO was founded by a peace treaty and with the mandate that there can only be universal and lasting peace if it is based upon social justice. In this short video, we look at the pathways on how decent work and employment can address key conflict drivers, allowing communities move from fragility to resilience, from conflict to sustaining peace.
