Catering

Opening hours from Monday to Friday

• Cafeteria, R2 North: 7.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  Lunch from 11.45 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Coffee Bar, R1 North: only open from 8.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
• Kiosk, R2 South: 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
  extended opening hours on the following days:
  • on Tuesday 5 and Thursday 7 March until 7 p.m.
  • from Monday 11 to Thursday 14 March until 8 p.m.
• Vending machines for snacks, soft drinks and coffee/tea are available in R1 North
• “Les Morillons” restaurant, R2 North: 12.p.m. to 2.30 p.m. by reservation only.

  For bookings of more than 15 people, please reserve at least 48 hours in advance.

Water fountains

Water fountains are located next to the conference rooms and in the ILO cafeteria. The water is regularly analysed by the local authorities, filtered, and cooled by the adapted water fountains.

The provision of disposable cups is only in specific areas. Disposable cups are fully recyclable according to the "Greening the ILO" Policy. ILO hydro flasks and glass mugs with lids are also available for sale at the Kiosk on R2 South.

Toilets

Due to the ongoing renovation works, the number of toilets in the conference area is temporarily reduced. Toilets for persons with disabilities are also available. Additional toilets are located one floor up or down from the conference area, these are signposted.

Supply of tampons and sanitary pads

Tampons and sanitary pads are freely available in the women’s toilets close to the meeting rooms. The location of those toilets is indicated on the maps. Other personal sanitation items can be purchased from the Kiosk on R2 South.

Prayer room

A prayer room located in office R2-20 on the North side of the building close to the photo booth, is available for use by delegates.

Nursing facilities

The ILO Medical Service (MEDSERV) manages a breastfeeding room located outside the entrance to MEDSERV on R3 North. Any staff members and delegates who would like to use this facility must first register with the nurses by sending an email to: [email protected] or calling +41 22 799 71 33. The key to the nursing room should be collected from MEDSERV between 08.a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Outside these hours, please collect the key from the Security Control Centre (R3 North) open 24/7.

Rest room

A rest room is located in R2 North next to the prayer room. The size is temporarily reduced due to the renovation works. Should you not be feeling well, we recommend you avoid using the rest room and contact MEDSERV for assistance.
