Gender equality in the world of work in crisis and fragile settings

Gender inequality is often aggravated by conflicts, disasters and climate change. To support world-of-work stakeholders in ensuring gender responsiveness in their work, the ILO has published a guide on “Gender equality and women’s empowerment in the world of work in fragile, conflict and disaster settings”.
