This report provides a summary of an Executive Evaluation Course on youth labour market programmes organized by the Taqeem Initiative of the ILO in collaboration with the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) from 16 to 20 November 2014 in Sharjah and from 18 to 22 October 2015 in Cairo.
