An exploratory study for a minimum wage system in Ethiopia

The minimum wage study in Ethiopia is an exploratory study looking into the various dimensions of a minimum wage policy with a view to better informing and improving the current system of overall wage determination. The evidence in the study would be used as a basis for further dialogue and engagement among stakeholders, (i.e. government, development agencies, employers and worker associations) going forward on the issue of minimum wages.
