This document contains a proposal regarding the approval of the recognition of the Tribunal’s jurisdiction by the Global Water Partnership Organisation (GWPO). The Governing Body is invited to approve the recognition of the Tribunal’s jurisdiction by the GWPO (see the draft decision in paragraph 11).
