Decent work and the future of Viet Nam electronics supply chains
Despite its high export values, Viet Nam’s electronics industry mainly focuses on low-value-added and labour-intensive outsourcing and assembly activities. To overcome these challenges , this key export sector needs an appropriate strategy towards sustainable development based on technological innovation, environmentally friendly production and ensuring labour rights.
